Incorporate chili peppers into your diet. It boosts your metabolism and is probably the easiest if not the most flavorful way of keeping your weight off.

Adding more green vegetables to your daily meals is a good way of promoting weight loss. Vegetables are rich in fiber and have ‘super food’ qualities. Have some yellow peppers, beets, radishes, pumpkins, eggplants, and more.

Exercise Regularly

Exercise whenever you can. Always do it every day, no matter how little you can get. A few minutes and a few moves is better than nothing. Make exercise a part of your daily habit just like brushing your teeth, or taking a shower. To know how much you move every day, wear a pedometer. If you intend to lose weight and become healthier take a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. Find ways to move more daily, like using the stairs instead of the elevator and doing household chores.

Try recruiting a friend to do exercise routines with you. It is fun to do things with a friend. Jogging can be a thing to look forward to if done with a friend of yours. You can also plan and celebrate your progress together. The extra motivation that you get from this will truly be helpful to your weight loss goals.
